Joining Artha this year, has been absolutely life changing for me. I had a great experience at Artha. The space is calm, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the classes feel intentional rather than rushed. I really liked that they offer more than just yoga. The infrared sauna, cold plunge, and recovery options make it feel like a full wellness experience. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, and you leave feeling both relaxed and recharged.

I had the pleasure of going to the Power Yoga class, Zoe was the instructor and it truly was a perfect blend of a challenge, energizing, and relaxing! I left class feeling so energized and recharged. Zoe’s positive attitude is contagious, I am definitely looking forward to going to her class again. This was my first time going to Artha and the atmosphere is very relaxing and calming, I am looking forward to trying out the Sauna next time.

I love it! Last week I did the cold plunge, sauna, and float tank. I felt so relaxed and recovered after. Today I did a massage and it was amazing! Can’t wait to try out everything else they offer at Artha!

Using floating therapy is my favorite form of meditation. Sensory deprivation while floating delivers the deepest relaxation and stress relief I have ever experienced. The Ocean Float room layout at Artha are designed to give the users great flexibility in choosing complete silence and darkness, or select from a range of gentle lighting and subtle sound options. Let the healing begin. Love the ease of buying and scheduling sessions and the staff are lovely, knowledgeable and accommodating.
