Joining Artha this year, has been absolutely life changing for me. I love it! Last week I did the cold plunge, sauna, and float tank. I felt so relaxed and recovered after. Today I did a massage and it was amazing! Can’t wait to try out everything else they offer at Artha!

I had a great experience at Artha. The space is calm, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the classes feel intentional rather than rushed. I really liked that they offer more than just yoga. The infrared sauna, cold plunge, and recovery options make it feel like a full wellness experience. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, and you leave feeling both relaxed and recharged.

I had the pleasure of going to the Power Yoga class, Zoe was the instructor and it truly was a perfect blend of a challenge, energizing, and relaxing! I left class feeling so energized and recharged. Zoe’s positive attitude is contagious, I am definitely looking forward to going to her class again. This was my first time going to Artha and the atmosphere is very relaxing and calming, I am looking forward to trying out the Sauna next time.

I’ve been coming to ARTHA for about a month now and I absolutely love it! I’ve tried the challenging Pilates classes, deeply relaxing yin sessions, and soothing sound baths 😌—each one leaves me feeling restored in a different way. I try to come nearly every day as part of my self-care and wellness routine. I’ve also explored some of the other offerings—cryotherapy (🥶 intense but invigorating!) and float therapy, which took me a little while to settle into but was such a unique experience.
