Joining Artha this year, has been absolutely life changing for me. The ambiance of this magical oasis, in the heart of Studio City; reminds us that it's absolutely okay and necessary to prioritize self care. I had a great experience at Artha. The space is calm, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the classes feel intentional rather than rushed. I really liked that they offer more than just yoga. The infrared sauna, cold plunge, and recovery options make it feel like a full wellness experience. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, and you leave feeling both relaxed and recharged.
Every visit to this wellness spa is a delight! From walking in to a warm greeting and smile from Ella to the calm and serene common areas, my tension immediately fades. The treatments rooms are spotless and always stocked with plenty of towels. I appreciate the large float rooms with showers as well. Love this place! The convenience, the amenities, the awesome staff always make my day!
I love it! Last week I did the cold plunge, sauna, and float tank. I felt so relaxed and recovered after. Today I did a massage and it was amazing! Can’t wait to try out everything else they offer at Artha!
I work long hours, so this place has been perfect for recovery. I love that I can relax in the sauna or get a massage all in one spot. It's also super convenient to book everything through the app and fit it into my schedule. Makes it really easy to stay consistent!
