This was my first visit. They got me in fast. They listen to what I had to say and were very informative. The office and rooms were bright and the staff was wonderful. I recommend them and already have.

I have been to multiple Arsenault locations. All locations have provided outstanding customer service. Appointments are easy to make, and they provide multiple time slots. Also, I had surgery done on my ear by Dr. Dana Ellis. The surgery area looks fantastic. Highly Recommend

After reading other reviews, I see this is a recurring issue. Despite their stated 10-minute grace period, the office does not consistently honor it. I called ahead due to traffic from an accident and arrived 8 minutes late—within their policy. There were no other patients waiting and no additional appointments scheduled, yet I was still refused care. This was especially concerning since the visit was for a pre-cancerous spot. Dr. Nicholas and Calista were the best! I had to get a mole removed which caused me to faint (not their fault, that happens to me a lot with needles). Anyways they did an amazing job calming me down and comforting me. Great and supportive staff!

I love Dr. Kelly, Barbara and the rest of the team. They have such a happy positive attitudes. My husband had a skin problem and it was taken care of right away. They are very knowledgeable. Give them a try.
