Preston and his crew have been fantastic to work with by coming over to look at the roof to see what the plan was going to be. The roof has to be replaced after he looked at it and showed me photos of how bad the construction was done to this house in 2007. Preston is fantastic by sending me the plans and how much it is going to cost to replace the roof and also looking at the living room window where the rain had come in several times. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. My insurance paid over $7,000 for water mitigation and repairs after a water heater leak damaged my home. During the process, the company discovered asbestos in my utility room, completed the asbestos removal, and removed the damaged walls and closet as part of the mitigation work. Unfortunately, that is where the service ended. The company collected the full payment from the insurance but never returned to rebuild the walls and closet they had removed. We had a toilet backup and found water under our wood floors, baseboards, and walls. We called AZ Dryout and they came that same day. Sam and Angel were great to work with. They started the drying process in a very clean and organized manner. They communicated very well. I would recommend them for fast and clean work and excellent customer care.
