We found Arizona Blinds Express at the home show. We talked with Michael and then made a appt for him to our home to talk with us. Great sales guy. We ordered for our Kitchen, Family Room, Master Bedroom and Bath. Ricardo, who was amazing and fast put them in. We absolutely love them, so Ricardo measured our other 2 bedrooms and office. Bill was phenomenal. He came out to my house same-day on a holiday (Memorial Day), fixed my curtains that had literally fallen off the wall due to having been improperly anchored by a previous company, attached all cords safely and properly to the walls, and restrung one of my curtain sets that was not opening/closing correctly. He was incredibly polite and personable, vacuumed my floors to leave no dust or debris, and sent me courtesy text message notifications to keep me looped in as to time frame for getting things done. ... read more
