Fernando was professional, courteous and thorough. During this 6 month maintenance service, He gave us a comprehensive explanation of our system and suspect components to monitor. He answered all questions including detailed pictures for clarification. Very thorough cleaning of our external unit considering the fact that we reside in an area with heavy trees. Based on our prior repair and this maintenance visit, we are very pleased with Anthony’s and their technicians.
We have had Anthony out for a few different things, most notably, a new A/C unit and electrical work. Between Hunter, David, Jahvon, and the other Team Members helping out, we have felt very confident and happy with their work. Also, all of the Office Staff are most helpful and easy to work with. Derek did an amazing job on the system maintenance service! He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. Even though it went beyond the time to quit for the day, he took his time and completed a thorough system check. I highly recommend such a caring, attentive company!!
David and Anthony were prompt, worked quietly, cleaned up any mess after installation and David ensure we understood features of the new system, monthly changes in the filter and drain line cleanings. They were here at 9 and finished early afternoon. Awesome workers!
