I had an awesome experience at Angry Crab Shack thanks to our server, Aiden. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. He was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and made sure our drinks stayed full and that we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. While the Po Boy was good it was not as good as the one I got a few weeks back at the Mesa location. I opted for grilled shrimp this time and got a skimpy portion of shrimp with the cheese melted directly on the shrimp and not in the sandwich. The bread wasn't toasted and sub par. The fries were great. The staff was friendly. The three sinks in the men's room makes no since at all. (There is a single stall with a urinal and toilet for the three sinks). I was told there were others further back. The bar is smoll.

Ordered a to go dinner filled with lobsters, crab legs, shrimp, potatoes, corns and sausage. Had to get the corn bread and extra sauce with melted butter. Food was absolutely delicious. When I picked up the order, staff members were amazing. Wonderful atmosphere. If we weren’t watching FIFA World Cup, we would have dined in. Highly recommend.

The staff really did a great job and the overall service experience was wonderful. Unfortunately, the food didn’t match the quality of the service. I ordered the shrimp, and it just wasn’t good. The texture and flavor made it seem like it may have been sitting in water for a long time, and it tasted off. I didn’t want to complain or ask for a refund bec... read more
