Had a friend from the East coast come to visit family and she wanted crab legs. I've never been here before because I just don't see getting quality seafood in the desert. Unfortunately I was correct because she was not happy with the seafood bag that she received. I'm from the coast so I'm familiar with what a cluster looks like. First time trying seafood since I was a kid I have a terminal illness and I’m trying to cross things off on my bucket list so I went in and Annalise was very gracious. She was an amazing server along with the hostess upfront. All of the staff in general definitely went above and beyond to make our experience nice!
So disappointed in the quality and taste! I had also asked for no claws, and they said that’s not possible and okay, that’s fine, understandable but then they gave me a bag full of claws! I just think it’s so messed up that they would even serve this, what a waste of $200.
The food is delicious but there is a hair in our craw fish thick black and curly. It’s not ours we don’t have this texture or color. With the money we paid for this I am very disappointed. This is a take out order but the workers need better hair protection so this does not happen to us consumers. Kinda ruins the whole meal for me.
Two people, Mariana and Ken were absolutely fabulous and I people watch more than I should and pay a great deal to environment around me when I’m out in public and things just seem to be operating smoothly and there were smiles on everyone’s face whether they were employed there or had just come in to sit down for a bite to eat was really cozy and friendly and those two employees took exceptional care of us on my son‘s birthday… Thank you guys
