Our server, Nikki? was over the top!!! Professional, fun and turned a bad day good. The food was a bit disappointing, they were out of oysters. The clams were literally non existent. So small that they were stuck to the shell. Blue & green mussels not much bigger in size but you could get them out of the shell. Lobster, snow crab and shrimp cooked perfectly! Lobster crustini was a delight. Clam chowder tasted like flour? Bread was AMAZING. 2 people, $180, +$40 tip and almost all was worth it!
Stopped in for a boil since I’m getting braces on Monday! My wife and I came for our reservation which is awkward because the dining area wasn’t as packed as we expected lol. Our server was Adam who is super dope and easy going. Checked on us and got refills when needed. My wife got the bass and I got the queen crab boil. I asked for a level 4 heat but I swear I ended up getting the 6 because holy cow my face was burning, no problem I like spicy food. Would definitely come back! 👏
Just had fish and chips. Fish was fresh and not drenched in oil,reasonable breading. Good portion. Fries were fresh and seasoned with good spices, nothing strange. Coleslaw wasn’t full of sugar. The house tartar sauce wasn’t traditional but actually more delicious. Will come again
I love seafood and will stop by angry crab if I have the budget or want to reward myself for something good. Each time I visited, the service was slow even though it was not busy. If you have the budget, go for it! Cliff Castle Casino has an all you can eat surf and turf on Friday nights 4p-10p ($35.95 to 39.95 if you have a players club card).
I ordered the raw oysters which were excellent and shrimp and grits and they were extremely salty and inedible. The bartender, Petunia was friendly and personable. My friend said I should have sent the shrimp and grits back, but I seldom complain.
