worse office ever. don’t recommend. front office is not responsible & don’t try to help patients also speak with facial expressions. very unprofessional. Dr Lopez is amazing overall but can do better with staff.

They don’t answer the they put up straight to hold and don’t answer. More than 12 minutes. So hand up and try again same thing straight to hold. Can’t get through. What is this? This is so rude and disrespectful. Been trying to get a hold of someone for days. You go in person and the front is just as rude in person, busy carrying on conversations looking at you like you’re a bother interrupting, responding with attitudes to everyone.
Worst location, I have been trying to get ahold of the supervisor for about 2 weeks. I keep getting placed on hold for over 30 min. Then hung up on.The referral coordinator is impossible to get ahold of. I've been trying to reach them regarding important some referrals.*update: Switched to another clinic.
My mom had an appt with Stephanie Salas. She went in because she had been having left arm tingling and heart palpatations. The moment she walked in the medical assistant was rude to her. Then when Stephanie walked in she asked my mom in a rude tone " what's going on, why are you here" on top of that she told my mom she needed to relax, that she is just stressed and told her that shes prediabetic and has cholesterol, which was never previously mentioned, which made me think they had the wrong patient information.
