Not sure when the renovation / update took place but it looks nice and is very clean! Some of the classes are challenging, that is if you actually keep up with the audio. Not having an actual instructor was strange. And there was hardly anyone ever there. The concept is cool but I’m not sure it was the right approach to maintain a profitable yoga studio. Monthly cost is not worth the audio recording robot teacher in my opinion.
The best yoga studio I’ve ever been too!! The instructors are so knowledgeable, encouraging and fun! If you’re looking for a awesome fitness community this feels like home! I love how they offer so many different options from high intensity interval training to hot yoga , barre , Pilates , and private one on one coaching! I highly recommend sunstone in Southlake!
This place feels like a Black Mirror episode. Nothing on their website clearly states that there is no instructor, it’s an audio recording. As someone who has done yoga for 13 years and taught yoga for 2 years, I know that instructors have the ability to make or break a class experience. Instead, ALIVE offers a dull, predictable yoga class with a monotone voice recording and video screens in the room. The new studio is sleek and beautiful. The room temperatures seem to be just right for each class and I have enjoyed the virtual format experience. Is an added bonus to have a class every 30 minutes. :)
Sunstone SV is full of wonderful, driven, intelligent instructors. They always make you feel welcome no matter where you are at in your fitness journey. Very personable and helpful. Their studio is super clean ALL THE TIME. They keep me coming back every week. My family and I workout together and always get our butts kicked in the best way either their Hot Yoga or HIIT classes. We always walk out feeling better than we walked in! Love my Sunstone Family!
