I did the Photon class and while I really enjoyed it, I wished there was an instructor to make hands on adjustments. Jameson (?) at the front desk was a delight, so helpful and kind while I adjusted to a new experience. The facilities are really modern and clean, the first thing I noticed when I walked in was how great it smelled! I have 3 recommendations to make it a perfect experience: 1. plastic baggies for wet clothes after a session (the uptown location offers these) 2. conditioner in the shower (not a big deal) 3. pote... read more
Currently on my month trial. Seems like a convenient place to go with so many classes all day but the naming convention is very frustrating. I don’t have time to keep checking the site to figure out which type of class I’m booking. The names in the key on the app do not align with the classes you can book so I have to constantly check the website. I’ve wanted to go so many more times but just don’t feel like scrolling through after working all day.
Love working out at the Alive studio. The facility is clean, and the staff is always super nice and friendly. Workout classes are designed for all practice levels, beginner to advanced. The best part is the classes are conveniently held every 30 minutes to accommodate one's busiest schedule. It may feel a bit strange/ intimidating at first to work out without a teacher, but it gets easier and more focused once you get used to it. I absolutely love the full mind, body, soul, and sensory experience this yoga studio provides! I've been to dozens of studios across the globe, and this one is definitely one of the best and unique ones out there! The staff is always friendly, they listen to the students feedback, it's clean and they provide all the equipment you need. (Just bring yourself, water bottle, and a towel!)
