Kari from Alchemy Collections was super informative during and after the purchase process for our Calligari Omnia table. She knew all the customization options off the top of her head, and she suggested we wait to order so that we could get a better price (July 4th at the time). She kept us updated during the entire shipment process and was very professional.

We went in to find a new sofa for our new place, and we bought the sofa displayed for floor sale which came with a huge markdown and is readily available. Otherwise it will take couple months for the sofa to be made and shipped here. However, I do think the sofa quality will worth the wait if you are not in a hurry. Delivery is on time as they said, the sofa is the exact one we tried, service was great and informational. Alchemy had some really great designs, but at the pricier end. Recently purchased a bed and nightstand from Alchemy. Communication was outstanding. The nightstand had some shipping damage but Alchemy quickly shipped another to correct the issue. Highly recommend.

We are super happy with Alchemy Collections especially Kari. As a trade member she was very responsive and helpful to work with. Her follow up was impeccable, I know where our order was every step of the process and for such a custom order from an Italy we received it rather quickly. The table is gorgeous and my client is very happy. Great shop! I’d use the again in a heart beat.
