I had an excellent with Joise at the Front Desk. She was caring, positive and definitely cares about the patients. Regina, the Medical Assistant very through, excellent patient care. Savanna the PA was fantastic. She addressed my concerns and what was needed to be done. I had a very positive experience with everyone. Everyone took time to listen and things were done on a timely basis. I highly recommend Affiliated Dermatology Tempe to everyone. Thank you, Susan Donnelle Jones

The Dr. And the staff were sll very patient and explained everything they were check for and what they were doing. They answered my questions and concerns fully, and clarified the answers so I better understood the answers. I have always had very good care during my exams and treatment.

My son, who is 7, has been a patient for about about 5 years. They are always able to work us in and when we get there, our issue has always been resolved. Our last visit was on 5/6/26 for a small bump on my son’s face. The prescriber that we saw, and her assistant were so patient with my son who was very scared because he was going to have the small bump burned off. The “procedure” was not even a minute long, but they explained everything to us in great detail. I definitely recommend them.

I have an appointment tomorrow. I would like to fill out forms. Easy question- how do I get them? But I've called three times and the phone is answered by AI, and you get transferred to another avatar who puts you on hold- for what- another AI agent? If I want the illusion of medical care from a computer I will sign up for that. I guess it would end their business if they let you talk to a human. What a lousy first impression. My expectations are quite low. I will update this after the appointment.

I’ve never had a bad interaction at this location. I’ve achieved the clear skin I’ve always wanted with their help! Dr Lavian has been direct to the point with helping me with skin goals. So sad he’s leaving. 5 stars all day 🙌🏽
