Called on their so-called emergency line after I felt like I may have an infection after Mohs surgery. I called early morning and got no reply the entire day. I waited the next day still no response. So I just walked in and pretty much asked to be seen. I was going out of state and really needed to be seen before I left. I was seen And there was a stitch left in there hanging out irritating me. I saw Jennifer for fillers and then again yesterday for a little Botox. I would highly recommend this office !! Jennifer is knowledgable in what she does and so very friendly . Explains everything so very well and stopped me from adding one more filler that would have made my face not look right . I am grateful for that . The prices are reasonable and not outrageous. We love seeing Dr. Lal. He’s very personable, passionate about what he does, and listens to your concerns. He has so much knowledge and is willing to try whatever it takes to make you feel good in your own skin. Highly recommended him for all your dermatology needs!
This review is for Dr. Lal. The experience started out well. I called to make an appointment as I wanted to discuss expectations and the receptionist was very helpful, from letting me know what to expect during the appointment (which I was told would be a 1:1 consult) to pre-visit check-in instructions to detailed parking instructions.
