Dr. Karan Lal is truly exceptional. I only wish more doctors cared as deeply and were as knowledgeable as he is. After seeing multiple dermatologists in Chicago with no success, a dear friend who is a current patient of Dr. Lal strongly encouraged us to see him. This office runs smoothly and efficiently. All staff have treated me with respect and are friendly. Dr. O and her nursing staff are the best, Examinations are thorough and answer all questions honestly leave no surprises when complete. They actually listen to teir patients and work hard to find a workable solution. Highly recommend this office. Way better than the one in Athem.
What should’ve been a scary and uncomfortable appointment. I felt comfortable and listen to, and I understood everything that the doctor was telling me I appreciate how knowledgeable and quickly she diagnosed me. She has such an amazing smile. She was so pleasant. My experience wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be the diagnosis was not what I was hoping for, but at least I know what it is. I’ve been seeing Dr. Lal for almost 2 years. I know several other people who also see him and he came highly recommended. He is the absolute best, and I really look forward to my visits! He always takes his time, listens intently, and provides real time feedback and treatment plans that he recommends. I was very glad I stopped by to see if I could an appointment. To my surprise they said fill out these forms if you have time we’ll get you in now. The staff was awesome . Within a few minutes the doctor came in and took care of my issue. Would recommend to anyone. I’m sure everyone can’t just have walk in service, but it worked out for me.😎
