After visiting the previous location, I was pleasantly surprised by the new office. It’s much easier to access, located among other medical offices, and feels cleaner, brighter, and more convenient overall. The staff was friendly and helpful once I was able to connect with the office, and the nurse who removed my seborrheic keratosis was professional, efficient, and kind. Had a great experience here! They got me in quickly and I didn’t have to wait at all in the waiting room. The staff was extremely friendly and communicative, and Dr. Newman was equally friendly and obviously very knowledgeable! He answered all of my questions and was able to quickly come up with solutions to my skin issues
NP Christina was amazing, I live in Gilbert and she is at the old town Scottsdale location this was the first time I’d been at that location and the first time I seen her, but it was well worth the drive 😊 and I’d drive it again. The Staff from the time I walk into the door to leaving were all welcoming and seemed very happy with what they do to help patients. I definitely recommend Christina her bedside manner and caring personality I give a 💯 Thank you B. Helton
Christina was great! She was efficient, kind, knowledgeable. I had to have a small mole removed during my first visit and it was a seamless procedure! Rapidly numbed, super quick excision, painless and professional. Very impressed with this place.
As a new patient, they gave me their ipad to fill out consents (consents for 1. penalty for not cancelling 24hrs in advance or 2. being late and 3. privacy). WATCH OUT!! They have a clause on research compelling you to agree to research in advance of Any research. This is a uniform clause and when I requested to opt out of preauth just for this research clause..
