We had such a wonderful experience with the affiliated dermatology team! From the very first appointment, everyone was kind, caring, patient, and made us feel completely comfortable. I just want to say that Dr. Mullens and the whole staff at the Higley office are amazing. They all made every appointment for the last couple of months that I had starting with the biopsy, Diagnosis and removal of the Melanoma on my face a positive experience. Dr. Mullen was patient with me, explained everything he was doing, answering all my questions and helped me make an i formed treatment plan. I was very disappointed with my teenage son's appointment with Alexandra Apodaca. She did not perform a close examination of his skin so I was surprised when she started rattling off a long list of medications and product recommendations after simply asking him about his current skincare routine. My son, who is 6’2”, was seated on the exam table, while Ms. Apodaca remained seated the entire time on a low stool across the room. I’ve been coming here for over a year now and see Kaylee. She is so nice and makes you feel very comfortable. She’s very knowledgeable and has helped me so much in getting my hair back on track after suffering from thinning/hair loss. Everyone at the office is very friendly and welcoming.

I have never been treated so poorly by a physician. This was my first visit with Dr. Mullins, and it was an absolute waste of time. I came in looking for answers after dealing with an ongoing skin condition, but instead I was met with a rude, dismissive, and unbelievably condescending attitude. He constantly interrupted me, barely let me explain what has been happening, and acted like he had already decided my concerns didn’t matter.
