Dr. Mullens is very kind and compassionate with his patient. While he was busy working on the surgery,, he tried to calm my husband's anxiety and fear by asking questions that my husband seems to be interested in. By the time that conversation was over. The surgery was done! Genius move! Veronica, Dr Mullen's assistant is very kind, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. We are very grateful for her help.
The actual humans are incredible! The problem is the technology they use. - AI answering service never takes down information correctly, - the automated call answer system has very narrow selection & if none of those apply there's no way to talk to somebody - their online system cancelled an appointment without notice & scheduled a new one without discussing with me. - the online messenger system receives answers half of the time and not in a timely manner. Kayleigh is wonderful! She explained thoroughly what she was doing for my excisions and why. She answered all of my questions and did a terrific job with the stitches. Highly recommend!!
If you need a knowledgeable and kind dermatologist with the most cheery and attentive staff, look no further because you’ve found the place and the doc in Dr. Dustin Mullins! They got me into the office in a timely manner, treated me with respect, explained everything in a way that was thorough and educational yet comforting in a time of anxiety. I’ve been coming here for over a year now and see Kaylee. She is so nice and makes you feel very comfortable. She’s very knowledgeable and has helped me so much in getting my hair back on track after suffering from thinning/hair loss. Everyone at the office is very friendly and welcoming.
