Great staff! From the moment I walked in, I was well taken care of right away. The nurse took me to the examination room 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. She was attentive to my needs and concerns. Dr. Williams, was great. She explained in detail the best treatment option, and I was treated right away. I have had my first appointment and so far all of my needs have been met. Maybe I should of written this after my appointment 🤔 I can't believe the incompetence. I've been on Skyrizi now for 3 years. I was up for my annual renew. I got the applications from Abbvie to make it easier on the doctor to get this done. I filled out everything I could and took these forms to my appointment. I was very pleased with how fast and efficient the staff was at affiliated dermatology. I had an appointment the next day for a facial rash. The medical assistant and my PA were excellent and understanding. Thank you for helping me to start reducing the inflammation and rash. You’re all wonderful.
