Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They say they always have discounts but never want to give them to you. I have been there twice recently and they had a discount for 25% off of EVERYTHING from midnight till 8am in May. It was 12:30 am when i visited. When I purchased and asked about the discount he said it did not include prerolls. So no discount. Even though it is plastered all over the front door. That happened twice with the same employee. Jay and Gabe are amazing! I tried out a new smoke shope and they were the absolute best! They reccommended me a couple of things that I needed. Super welcoming people and the store was really clean. 10/10 will reccommend and now my new goto spot

I visited for the first time in July, and everyone was very nice. I believe it was the manager who told me they would honor a price match when I returned. However, during my second visit, a gentleman named Sam informed me that they would not be doing any price matching. That was pretty disappointing, especially since I had driven 35 minutes to get there.
