I just want to express my gratitude to Robert and Danny for their excellent work! We had no water for 24 hours, I called 1-800- plumber at 9am this morning and at a little after 10am Robert showed up and diagnosed the problem, our well pump was bad after being down there for 22 years. With the help from Danny they had us up and running by 4pm and at a very reasonable price. Thanks again guys for your great work and concern for our needs. We will never call anyone else for our plumbing needs.

This has to be the best company that I have ever used. Everyone there is so kind and knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job, reasonable rates and were here on time for every appointment. I wouldn't think of using any other company. For anyone looking, you will not regret using them!

Our toilet had a clog that I wasn’t able to clear on my own. After about 15 calls trying to find a plumber who could come out the same day, I reached 1-800-Plumber. The young lady who answered my call was very friendly and professional. She checked and found a plumber tech who was working in my area. They gave me a two hour window and text me a confirmation. Neko DeVidio showed up with an hour to spare. He was very professional, assessed the situation, and wrote up a work order to provide a quote which seemed very reasonable... read more

Professional they had great chemistry together using communication Outstanding customer service example any aspect of what he was working on he would let me know what it was and why it was. They had an air confidence that they knew how to be your job. Due to my PTSD, a very rarely one in my house without One of my support team That being said, they were very accommodating very patient out. I actually enjoyed the experience. Would recommend them to anybody.
